Maybe some of you don't remember but in the first year here at Hull a girl was tortured and killed in the halls of residence, about two years ago now.


Not much was said about it as they tried to cover up most of the story, well Jake was talking to some students the other day and it turns out this girl was stabbed up to 90 times with a pen! Maybe it was just a rumour but the kid who did it had really big emotional problems, and sorta snapped, people say.

Which is quite creepy as I HAD THAT VERY PEN.

Nah, but I was about a couple hundred metres away probably from that hall.

Sylvia Marie Likens (January 3, 1949 - October 26, 1965) was an American murder victim from Indiana. She was tortured to death by Gertrude Baniszewski (née Van Fossan), Gertrude's children, and other young people from their neighborhood. Her parents, carnival workers, had left Likens and her sister Jenny in the care of the Baniszewski family three months before her death in exchange for twenty dollars a week. Baniszewski, two of her children, Paula and John, and two neighbor youths, Coy Hubbard and Richard Hobbs, were charged and convicted of the crime. Her torture and murder were described by the prosecutor in Baniszewski's trial as "the most terrible crime ever committed in the state of Indiana."

Jason was a kind gentle person to everyone who knew him. Nobody knows why he did what he did but it just shows you never know what people can capable of, in this case, until it's too late...
